Kate Meredith received her master’s degree in counseling from Lewis and Clark College. She has been a counselor since 1992 and has seen couples, individuals, families and children. She believes that change is possible, but that many people need to have someone help them see outside the box to realize their fullest potential. 
Many times individuals endure pain or mediocrity simply because they don’t recognize the steps they could take to fulfill their hopes and desires. She works with anxiety and stress reduction, trauma recovery, marital, premarital, family, children, eating disorders, women’s issues, personal growth, chronic illness, and spiritual development.
